We are leaving for cambodia in a week!
My husband and I are both vegetarian and dont eat shellfish (fish is ok, but not crustaceans). Is Oyster sauce used on everything? Is there much vegetarian available?
I am also lactose intolerant and very intolerant to preservatives, including MSG (mono sodium glutamine). This is used in most asian foods, so I am a little concerned. Does anyone know if MSG is used in cambodia?
