duane76 - the reported situation at the airport looks to be unusual, could be like one-off, or this person may have gone to some loose cannon individual, not authorized by Etisalat. Etisalat is quite an efficient company, their huge profits year after year shows the several thousands of satisfied customers, including myself. For nearly 2 decades I have had Etisalat connections, both home, and mobile; and now internet and TV - I have no serious complaints against them. Dubai's main business is tourism, and surely Etisalat, a government entity, would not shortchange visitors and ruin their name. This said, guess there could be people with different experience.
