Prague to Split or Dubrovnik ?

Hi guys fliying from Prague and thinking of landing in Split .Doing 2 islands,Hvar,Korcula and ferry down to Dudrovnick. Does this sound ok or should I be flying to Dudrovnick first and ferry back to Split and Islands.? Thankyou Ron

Ps I am heading to Athens/Santorini after this.

Greece is nearer to Dubrovnik but I would check out how you are getting to Greece first and plan the Croatian leg accordingly.
