Wouldn't really recommend November, but if it can't be avoided - Dubrovnik, Kotor, Mostar, Split, Trogir.

Do you mean literally just Dubrovnik say on a visit from a cruise ship? If so, the usual things: the walls (beware early closure) , walk the Stradun, cable car up Mount Srd, museums, churches, walking the narrow streets of the city, coffee.

We just returned from Croatia. We spent the first two weeks between Croatia, Montenegro and Slovenia and we had great weather. In Dubrovnik, the weather was in the 70s and we could wear shorts and tshirts. Maybe we were just lucky?
