i would check the fkk web site since these are the most common designated nude beaches. these are camp grounds so it would be cheap to stay. I don't know of any in split. There's one on island of hvar, also you could go north to Rab where "it all started"

if you aren't into the communal nudist beaches, just go to a private cove. also, it seems if you walk out of town a ways you'll stumble upon nondesignated nudist enclaves.

I was told just turn up, it is not the busy period there will be lots of places they say! Suppose this will be ok...:-)

first, the weather is quite cool these days and it may get just a bit warmer but I would not be nude sunbathing.

My advice would be to go to the islands: Brac, Hvar, Vis... cheap accommodation is everywhere you go (private apartments) and beaches are empty. In Croatia is enough to find a nice secluded spot and no one will be bothering you

I jest want to tell you that there is no nudist beaches in or around Split; there are beaches southern of Split /Ruskamen/ or northern /hotel Medena - Seget - close to Trogir; but I would choose some of the islands -Rab is great and known of its wonderful nudist beaches... it depends what kind of "nudist" you are; if you want FKK beach then choose Rab; if you want some privacy, some "scoglio", then you can choose peninsula Ciovo /close to Trogir/, place called Mavascica....

Are there any fkk family beaches? We don't want to be the only family on an fkk beach, and also prefer it to be fairly isolated from on-lookers.

choose Murter -Sibenik area and there are many nudist beaches like kosirina or prosika... With over 300 uninhabited islands in Zadar/Sibenik area, renting a small boat for a day trip would be my choice
