I forget the names..haven't done them. But friends have all said that the tour to the place that also grows macademia nuts was the best. Guatemala produces some fantastic products. The best coffee is grown in the shade of other trees. In Antigua the tree of choice is avocados. Massive, round and the size of a softball. At a poor time in Antigua's history the locals had to resort to living off avocados..yeh..sounds rough. In fact the nickname for Antigua residents is the local slang for avocado. Guatemala is also one of the world's main exporters of cardamom. This is the spice that most of you know as being used in Christmas cookies. But in the Arab world it is an essential ingredient in Arabic coffee...that thick, sweet, syrupy concoction. One other crop...cacao. For many it is essential to life. It is the source of chocolate. There is a growing industry of making custom gourmet chocolate. Macademia nuts, cardoman and ginger..also grown. Plus look for chocolate covered expresso beans. One of my favorite self catered meals in Antigua consists of fresh baked rolls.. Antigua has some great bakeries.. with avocados.

I went on a tour at another finca and really liked it. It's a small, family run finca and the tour costs $15.
