What's the best areas to stay in terms of location to tourist sights/food/markets/cool areas

(Love the notting hill london vibe).

Prefer to minimum walking and maybe use the metro to get round.

One place was in Ocolului 20, 60210 Bucharest, Romania. Is this a good location.

Would also love to see Dracula castle (know it not real) on a day trip too. Thanks.

A better location for Bucharest can be ibishotels.ro/hotel-ibis-bucuresti-palatul-p… , being close enough of the Old center (pubs/bars/restaurants), and other few points of interest in Bucharest (House of the People aka Parliament Palace)

In my opinion on the address you mentioned above you are pretty isolated...

Perhaps if you would tell us what would you like to to in Bucharest, we will be able to suggest you a better accomodation place.

Enjoy your trip !

It's best to stay in the downtown, around Universitatii or Unirii squares/near the Old Town.

Ocolului street is in a semi-central area, you can find better locations.

If you want to see Dracula's castle in Bran catch a train to Brasov (three hours travel time, trains run almost every hour) then a bus to Bran (~40 minutes travel time, runs once-twice per hour).

But there is a much more interesting castle in Sinaia, two hours away from Bucharest by train.

I recommend Alia Accomodation. You can rent a studio flat or 1 bed apartment for a really good price (less than a hotel) and the location is excellent! 2km radius distance from practically most things you want to do. Also have the luxury of a kitchen, and washing machine ;)
