Electrical Stuff

I am travelling to Fiji in just over a week and it suddenly occurred to me that I have no idea what the electrical current is there. I will be taking hair straighteners (I'm travelling from Australia). Can I assume they will work in Fiji without a voltage converter? Do I need a plug adaptor?

Stupid questions I know, but I guess I take it for granted that everything everywhere else will be the same as in Australia.

I would only add, take a power board with you to charge more then one item at a time.
