Hi there, my husband and I are thinking of staying in the Siloso Beach Resort in Sentosa for my birthday in Jan. I have heard very mixed reviews of the hotel. Has anyone stayed there? Is it worth paying twice more for the room with the jacuzzi (cheapest on net is $300+++)? Is it very noisy because of Cafe Del Mar?

We definitely want to stay in Sentosa and think we would like Cafe Del Mar and being centrally located. Stayed in Rasa Shangri-La before and want to try something new but not pay too much.

Thanks and would appreciate any feedback.

Hi! We were in Siloso Beach Resort last week. We were in the Deluxe Room on the 8th floor and it was really nice. I t faced the sea and their huge windows gave a magnificient view in the night as well as during the day. The lower rooms can be a little noisy due to Cafe Del Mar but those are the Superior rooms and if you are booking the Roof Garden Room I dont' think you will be disturbed. The resort itself is very nice and just next to the beach and the pool is also very nice. I didn't see the rooms you are booking so can't comment on these. But I feel they should be nice. We had a wonderful time in Sentosa and hope you have a great trip too.

Have anybody tried the Roof-Top Suite yet? Care to share if its worth the money for the private jacuzzi. And does the current renovation create too much noise?
