“ Eskaya Beach Resort, is it really worth the money? ”

First of all, my english might not be perfect. Sorry for this.

I am going to be in Bohol next February and I do still have some questions about the Eskaya. I wrote them an email some time ago, but they never answered it.

I really like the villas with the private pool at the Eskaya, even though it is very expensive. Could someone tell me if there is still construction work going on.

I thougt I have read that they are building more villas. Is that true?

Is the resort close to other restaurants, hotels? Because I do not really want to eat there all the time.

Would you recommend the Eskaya? Has someone ever been there? How was/is it?

I would really appreciate your help.

Another hotel, which I like is the Ananyana. I know it is not on the same level. I heard they have a great restaurant. Is that true?

I do not like the pool and the rooms there. How is this hotel in general?

hi i, i havent stayed there @ eskaya but been past the entrance .its near bohol beach club alot more reasonable cost from 4000 a night without breakfast which is around 750 for two. the beach is very private quiet. as with eskaya thought you are on the complex .its not that easy to get to alone beach which is only short journey away but it was 600 just for a taxi anywhere one way from bbc.alona beach has much more choice for food /drink the powder keg is very good. we could only get two nights ' bbc cos it fully booked .the much cheaper paragayo resort @ alone beach accomodation was just as good @ less than half the price just no pool but short walk to beach &lots of choice for eating out.i wouldnt pay those sort of prices &like u said they never even reply to you.

We changed our plans and won't stay at the Eskaya.

I made a booking at the Alona Palm Beach, which is much cheaper and not so isolated.
