I arrive to HK on a dragonair flight from Cambodia at 3:10. Could I make a 6:55 flight out of Shenzhen if I take turbojet, or is that cutting it too close?

Anybody know if dragonair flights tend to be on time or not?

I think you are cutting it too close. Remember you have to deal with luggage, ferry ride, Chinese immigration, taxi ride, then checking-in again at Shenzhen.

Whether a flight is on-time is subject to a lot of different factors, including technical, weather at both ends, etc. Dragonair has good service though.
