What is the Harbour Palza Metropolis like? Is it easy to connect on to the MTR network from there?

I haven't been to HK for about 10 years and have forgotten what the weather will be like in January?

There is no MTR station near Harbour Palza Metropolis, but there is a KCR train station nearby, have to spend extra 15 minutes to connect to MTR from KCR.

January is winter in HK - dry and cool by NZ standard.

I think there is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to TST and the MTR station.

Alternatively you can catch the green number 6 minibus to near Jordan MTR.

"January is winter in HK - dry and cool by NZ standard." - Depends on what you call the standard.

Believe it or not, Hong Kong actually has higher temperatures in winter than Auckland has in summer. It averages around 24 degrees in Hong Kong in January (yes, it can get cooler, but generally reaches over 20 every day). During the night though, January can go to 10 degrees, so is cooler than an Auckland summer night.

Overall, I think a Hong Kong winter will be great weather for a New Zealander. Enjoy.
