China has been in our list for quiet some time. We plan to visit China (beijing, xian and shanghai) starting from 18 March along with two children aged 7 and 2 and aged parents. None of us are used to the cold weather conditions.
Beijing will be our first stop. I have extensively read about the weather forecast during this period, have researched various sites on internet and find mixed reviews. Some write that its too windy and chilly while some suggest that 2nd Half of March is the start of spring season and is the best time to visit China with less tourists. Weather forecast shows max/min 12 and 0 deg C.
The deal on ticket is good, but has zero refund value and charges heavily for a date change.
We are in confusion whether we should do it in March or postpone the trip. Will the weather be really bad or could we bear it? Will be grateful for advice.
