I'm in the process of completing the Visa form for my trip to China, Have a couple of questions and cant find the anwsers. I want to get it right as i cant really afford any delay as i'm travelling in a couple of weeks.

Theres a question asking;

Have you ever been to China before?

Does this include Hong Kong? I've been there a few times but obviously you dont need a Visa so i'm not sure if that counts?

List Cities to visit in china?

How much detail is needed as we were just going to see what happens when we get there?

Finally its asking for our contact in china, is it ok to put the Hotel as a contact?
