This company is also known as CITS Guilin in Guilin, China. Has anyone used their service or know anything about them? Before I book, I really need some feedback about them as a company? Thanks

When I used them in Nov/dec this was their head office in Guilin.

They have offices or agents in Beijing, Shanghai and Xi'an that i know of. Cheryl Chen was the woman that I did all my deaslings with by Email.

i can recommend them. i used them for a small private group tour (there were 8 of us) in oct. 2005. i'm a little OCD when i plan trips so i knew exactly where i wanted to go, so i arranged a trip thru CITS Guilin to help me pull it together. my agent was elaine (elaine@chinahighlights.com) and she was patient and accommodating when i had itinerary changes.

as an aside, i had booked a trip with them in 2003 and was 2 weeks away from the trip when SARS blew wide open. CITS let us out of our planned trip with only a $50 charge (while i promised to use their services when i decided to rebook). my friend, who had a planned trip with a company based in the US, was charged 1/2 of her booked price for canceling!

Hi, I recommend them too. They specialized in tailor-made tours of China. They replied very quickly and show very professionalism.
