What is the cheapest/quickest way of getting to Hong Kong International Airport from Shenzhen airport?
Is there a ferry that I can take? I will be in Shenzhen Sunday and I worry that this wont be easy because of the language issue. Any detailed advice would be appreciated. What service to use? where to go? how much to pay etc.
Its for a family of 4.

Ferry from Shekou which is around 45 minutes from Shenzhen airport.

Otherwise, there are direct buses from Shenzhen airport to HKIA.
for a family of 4, it seems that taking a bus ($180 pp) would be much cheaper than taking a car to the border first and then taking the ferry ($300+) to hong kong international? if so how would I contact a bus company?

There are bus counters at Shenzhen airport with the name HKIA in English. Just buy the tickets when you arrive.
