Macau -- Guangzhou: Cross the border to Zhuhai Gongbei and take a bus to Guangzhou from there.

Guangzhou -- Hong Kong: Apart from buses there're also trains.

Come on - this is hardly an emergency! You can get cross-border buses from the airport - refer to the MFM website for details or take the AP1 public bus to Portas de Cerco, walk across the border and take a bus to GZ - they leave every 15 minutes and do not need a booking. (about 85 RMB). The train is the quickest way to HK but ask about buses when you arrive in GZ.
