Does anyone know if I need and vaccinations to travel to Kenya and then onto Cape town? Thanks
From UK direct to Kenya, no jabs needed; to enter SA after Kenya, you'll need a Yellow Fever certificate (you may or may not be asked to show it but that's the rule).
They usually ask you for it at check in at Nairobi airport. Better to be safe then sorry.
In terms of sensible health precautions, as opposed to legal requirements, you should also discuss other immunisations with your doctor. Typhoid, hepatitis, make sure tetanus and polio are up to date.
And don't overlook antimalarials.
