I am putting together a safari for my wife and I and I am trying to determine approximately how long a drive it is for the following trips:
Nairobi to Tsavo East
Tsavo West to Amboseli
Amboseli to Mt Kenya Nat. Park
Mt Kenya Nat. Park to Lake Nakuru
Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara
Masai Mara back to Nairobi
Any help with these driving times would be greatly appreciated.

Tsavo West to Amboseli - approx 3 hours
Amboseli to Mt Kenya - approx 6.5-7 hours via Nairobi
Nakuru to Mara & Mara to Nairobi - both approx 6 hours
It's also dependent on which specific lodge or camp in each park you're driving from. Some can add an extra hour or so depending on location.
Nairobi- Tsavo East 6 hours
Mount Kenya- Nakuru 3 hours
The itinerary involves a lot of driving I would plan at least 14 days if I were going to drive between the parks you have chosen. If you are restricted for time you might wish to consider flying between some of the parks.

I have underestimated the amount of driving time between these areas. Unfortunately my budget won't allow flying between the wildlife areas. I will have 10 days, so I might drop one or two of these locations.
You might want to drop Tsavo and Amboseli and add Samburu which would cut down on some of the driving.
Nairobi- Mountain Lodge Mount Kenya 2 ½ hours
Mount Kenya - Samburu 3 hours.
Samburu - Sweetwaters 3 hours.
Sweetwaters- Lake Nakuru 4 hours.
Nakuru- Masai Mara 6 hours.
Masai Mara - Nairobi 6 hours
Here you will only have 2 long drives too and from the Masai Mara but it is defiantly worth the drive for what the Mara, has to offer probably the best game viewing in Kenya.
