Do you need Hepitius B to go to Nairobi, I know it is recommended but we do not have enough time for the injections as they are given over a period of one month?

Thanks Sally

1. Re: Injections

You don't actually need any vaccinations to come to Kenya.

Hepatitis B is normally only recommended for people coming into contact with blood such as medical practitioners or for long term residents who may come into contact with blood or needles over time.

Some tourists who are worried in case they need medical treatment involving needles have the injection as a precaution but most don't bother
