I just returned from NBO and stayed at this hotel. I think for the money you can't find a better place. The rooms very nice, clean, hot water, great shower.
More important the staff, very friendly. I felt very safe they have security guards on ever floor. The location its excellent and their restaurant is opened 24/7
Good to know for future reference.
What did they charge you swansee?
I use Central park as they have a great gym and sauna and the rooms are spotless. This year they have started aerobics classes at 7am in the gym that wake you up of a morning ( The price was always the best value i could find in Nairobi at 3k a night.
I did check out Comfort a couple years back but it looked very basic to me and not good value.

I am staying there with my kids for a night before taking the bus to Arusha. Also, arranged airport pickup with them. Please let me know how their service and closeness to the bus station.

Pretty sure the Arusha buses stop to pick up from outside the hotel.
