Exercise caution booking with KenyaTanzaniaTentedcamps Tours

We are currently handling a client from Belgium who has complained that they paid 6090USD and the hotels were not paid by the above agent. My resort was never paid and sadly the client was forced to pay us again. Emails to the above firm are not getting response and the phone to their office in Nairobi are all switched off. It is only fair we inform any would be booked on same. We have email evidence to back our claims.
