No rain since my last post on the 23rd and the weekend weather was beautiful - sunny and hot with cool, clear nights. Today started off bright, warm and sunny at 0630 but has since turned overcast and breezy with current temperatures around 20c and an expected high of 22c by lunchtime.

Dry, bright and hot (current temp 28c) with scattered overcast today. No rain in sight, no rain expected.

Cold, overcast and wet! It started raining around midnight last night, with sporadic torrential downpours that continued throughout the night and into this morning. The rain abated for a couple of hours and started again about an hour ago. Current temperature is a chilly 18c (and if you don't think that's cold, go stand outside in your t-shirt for 20 minutes!). Current conditions are forecast to continue until early evening. Umbrellas, long-sleeved tops and gumboots a must today!

And it rained again last night. Today has been warm, but the sky look threatening. Will bucket down again soon.

It absolutely chucked it down for the greater part of this weekend. We are knee-deep. It's still overcast and cool (15c) with further storms expected throughout the week and a high of 24c later today.

Overcast and drizzly again this morning although we didn't have any rain yesterday or last night. Current temperatures 16c with an expected high later of 24c once the overcast has cleared.

Raining again. The Short Rains are definitely arriving later nowadays - they came in December last year too. I distinctly remember it absolutely pouring down on Christmas Day. Looks like it might be the same this year. Never mind... am off travelling at the weekend until after Christmas *smug* ;-)

And the traffic today will be chaos. It's raining in Westlands, and looks like it will till the late afternoon at the least.

It has been hot and dry for the past few days. Very sunny, which has been nice.

The evenings are very pleasant, and cool.
