Serena is probably the best hotel to stay at but cheaper reliable option would be the Fairview - HB

I stayed at the Bounty Hotel which is fairly near to the Airport. 3000/- b and b. Excellent breakfast, served in my room. Taxi to the Airport was much cheaper than from town.

I don't have the info with me as I write, but search my posts (by clicking on my name here) and you'll find it.

I don't think it is worth going into the city for the Fairview or Serena for that short time.

Another place to consider is Sleep and Shower at the Airport. I've not used it, but know it is there. Saves the taxi fare!!

Found the info!

Look at the post about hotel near the Airport and you'll see the rest of the discussion.

The breakfast was brought to my room at 6am. It was a very full cooked breakfast!

B and B was 3000/-

the taxi was Jimcab

info@jimcab.co.ke or reseravtions@jimcab.co.ke

I have found jimcab very reliable on a number of occasions.

Hope this helps.
