Best hostel for college students in Tel Aviv

I'm bringing a group of 10-12 college students to Tel Aviv for a weekend before our 4-week study-abroad program starts in Jerusalem and I'm considering these hostels:

* Beit Immanuel

* Gordon Inn

* Mishkenot Ruth Daniel

* Chef Hostel

* Beachfront Hotel Tel Aviv

http://beachfront.b144sites.co.il/

I'm looking for comfort, cleanliness, easy access to beach and attractions.

Most of them get mixed reviews on TripAdvisor so it's hard to tell.

Would love any feedback you can provide.

Try the Bnei Dan Youth Hostel:

And the "HaYarkon 48" hostel.

Mishkenot Ruth is excellent, clean, good price and part of the Israel Youth Hostel Association and is located about a 7 minute walk to the old city of Jaffa and 10 minutes from Neve Zedek and the markets in Tel Aviv.

The beach is across the street from the Beachfront hotel. Next I'll choose from Bnei Dan and Mishkenot. Book early, these places fill up quickly.
