The mall has two big supermarkets. Both have cooked items that you can buy on Friday. Tel Aviv has lots of restaurants with take-aways, but Ramat Aviv is far from town's center.

Supersol, like all mainstream big supermarket chains in Israel, is kosher. Some small private grocery stores may not be kosher. I'm not familiar with the specifics of the Ramat Aviv mall, but it's unlikely that a supermarket that's big enough to have a ready-made food section wouldn't be kosher.

There is (or was) another supermarket, probably Mega, on the main street where the bus stops are. All these are kosher. If you can read some Hebrew you can try mishlochim.co.il , a website for take-aways. you can search there for kosher options and order. If you have a favorite restaurant ask them if they deliver. Many do.
