Who has been to Nalagaat Center?

My question: Will a non-Hebrew speaker be able to enjoy the show? It isn't clear to me if there is verbal language used.

Yes you'll be fine. You have sort of a screen on top translating in English and a few other languages

It is a wonderful experience and not knowing Hebrew is no problem as mentioned. Many of the actors are dumb so there is a translation from sign language to several spoken languages and always in Hebrew and English.

Be sure to make reservations in advance, it's one of those places that fills up pretty quickly.

A couple questions: How much in advance do you need reservations. We're going to be in Tel-Aviv in December.

And is it hard to find a place to park there?

Or is it better to take a cab, and if so would it be hard to get a cab to take us

back to our apt in Tel-Aviv when we are done with dinner/show?

You should call a few weeks in advance at the latest. There is parking nearby for free and a 5 minute walk for 10 shekels. The question is if you will find parking when you get back to your apartment.

As to when to order tickets: The website only has tickets for September and October right now, and they just put up October. So December won't be up until early November most likely. I don't get the feeling that they sell out often.

Chana, thanks for the information about parking. Do you know how easy it would be to get a cab from there? If not so easy, it is okay for walking from there back to the beach-hotel area? Many thanks.

The issue is that during vacation times when tourists are here and schools are out in Israel it may be more difficult to get tickets as not only individuals reserve but also groups and the show is only a few times a week. Check their site periodically and reserve at the earliest possible time to ensure a spot.

There are taxis in the area as it is a hot spot with restaurants frequented in the evenings. You could walk back to Tel Aviv on the boardwalk (once leaving Jaffa), depending on which hotel you are in, the most southern hotel is about a 20 minute walk.

Thank you Chana. Good to know that there is parking nearby if we decide to drive.

Also good to know that we should be able to find a cab after if we go that route.
