It is not possible "to see everything in Israel" as a day trip from Netanya.
First - Jerusalem, and the Dead Sea are recommended to be part of a dedicated tour with overnights in Jerusalem - for at least 4 days (preferably for a week, if you have enough time).
Getting to Petra will require you to take a bus or a flight to Eilat and then cross to Jordan. You might find Russian tours to Petra departing from Eilat - search for it.
Getting to the far north (Upper Galilee & Golan) is also not recommended to do as a day trip from Netanya.
What you CAN do from Netanya as a day trip:
* Tel Aviv & old Jaffa
* Rosh Hanikra
Lastly, you should know that it is very hot in Israel during August, tempartures can get over +30 Celsius during the day, and in the southern parts (Eilat and neighbouring Petra) even up to +40 Celsius.
