Has anyone used Ya"lla Tours USA recently for private multiple day tours in Israel and if so was it a good experience?

Probably better and cheaper to work directly with a licensed tour guide in Israel. They can assist with accommodation or you can book directly with the hotel for cheaper prices than those offered on their site.

If I understand your question correctly you are looking to have a private tour. If so, going though a group like Ya'lla is definitely NOT the way to go. First of all, you book through a travel agent--he takes a cut, you have Ya'lla hire a guide for you--Ya'lla takes a cut and, most importantly YOU have no say whatsoever on who your guide will be. If a private tour is what you want--respond back and we will help YOU pick YOUR guide and find the person BEST suited to make YOUR vacation a special experience.

The single greatest contributing factor to the success of any tour (private or group tour) is the tour guide him/herself. Empower yourself by taking charge of the decision as to who you will work with. By working directly with a guide, the guide can help book any tourism services you might require.
