A weekend in Brunei

My husband and I have 3 nights and 2 days (a weekend) in Brunei in June on our way to England. We're looking for tips on things to do and places to stay. All help greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Lesa,

There are plenty of things you could do for 2D3N in Brunei. Look through some of the local travel companies tour packages to get an idea what there is to do here. If you're a foodie then there's plenty of restaurants here ranging from Chinese/Western/Local/Indian/Thai/Japanese/Korean etc... We also have a night market that sells local delicacies that would range from BBQ Chicken, grill dishes, snacks, local favorite beverages and many more. If you're into Eco tourism then there's the infamous Proboscis Monkey which can only be found on the island of Borneo, if you're a history fanatic there is the Mausoleums of the old Sultans, Water Village Tour and Home Visit, Traditional Homestay and many more... If you have further questions just leave me a pm.

Cheers
