Could someone please tell me the best way to fly from Melbourne to Dhaka in relation to time in air and cost.
Hellow Seanjotadhg, sorry for replying lately !! Anyways, you can try Thai Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Malaysia Airlines. I guess return tickets would be way more cheaper than one way.
Return ticket costs 1350 AUD [Thai], 1520 AUD [Singapore], 1610 AUD [Malaysia].
one way ticket will cost 870 AUD [Thai], 1000 AUD [Singapore], 680 AUD [Emirates].
Hi Seanjotadhg. We flew with Singapore Airlines from Melbourne to Dhaka and return. We stayed at the Lake Castle Hotel, which provided excellent service at reasonable cost. They have an office at the airport and provide free taxi service for both pickup and delivery. Best wishes for your trip.Edited: 2:53 pm, January 28, 2013
Singapore air is best whatever you say like service, on-time, good food, entertainment.
air asia to Kuala Lumpur then malaysian airlines to dhaka. i just booked my route this way from sydney and it worked out very cheap though the malaysian airport isnt so comfortable for a 10 hour stopover
Malindo are now (or soon will be ) flying the KL to Dhaka route. Advertising some good opening specials
Thanks El Dorado and mbutel. This info is very useful.
