I haven't done this class but I have booked it for many guests and so far gotten only +ve feedback.

Hi Trev,

I have booked for my clients for Cooking Class of Highway 4 and they had wonderful and delicious food there. They had their feedback excellent and very impressive.

how about the cooking class at Hidden Hanoi- anyone have any word on that one- it looks so impressive from their website

curiouseyes- KOTO don't have a 1/2 day cooking school for tourists- just a cooking school to teach the underprivelidged kids how to cook as far as I know

but, their restaurant is great and i've eaten there twice in one week.
