We were on the Bhaya about a week ago and can highly reccommend. First class service and accom at about the same rate. We had kids who loved the squid fishing, Kayaks extra at 15$/hr. Check the website www.bhayacruises.com

Bhaya is probably the best looking "large" junk on the bay so far, but I heard the food onboard is not that great (considering the price they are charging)

Indochina Sails has 2 junks on the bay, looks almost identical but one seems newer.

We have finished our trip to Halong Bay on Indochina Sail. Every thing went smoothly and very excellent, friendy and knowledgeable staffs, delicious sea food ,too. Highly recommend Indochina Sail to you.

although i haven't anything to compare it to, we found the food on the Bhaya very very nice. They tried so hard to accommodate us in every way. We had ordered no pork, no seafood weeks before, but somehow the messge hadn't reached the galley- however, within a short time-frame they came up with some lovely dishes which we enjoyed thoroughly.

their table linens, table settings, cutlery, service, rooms and the whole experience on Bhaya is first class.
