Baan Phulay - Any Feedback is appreciated

My family of 8 are planning a holiday in mid-December and are looking at booking Baan Phulay from SamuiVillas and Homes. Has anyone stayed there? Would appreciate some feedback on the place. Is the beach nice and are there any restaurants nearby.

i've been to Baan Phulay several times in my work as a property manager/booking agent here on Samui. All of these private villas are beautiful in their own ways, one of the main selling points of Baan Phulay is that it is private and not part of a large collection of villas on a single property, and that it is beachfront.

you'll have to be aware however that it is located in Lipa Noi. While this shouldn't be taken as a negative, it is quite a long journey to the main city of chaweng so if you are looking for any nightlife at all, i would rule Lipa Noi out as it is very remote and not really a suitable location for retiring after a long night in the city.

further, most people that use the beaches on Samui for swimming/recreation tend to prefer the beaches on the northern and eastern sides.

Thanks for your reply. We aren't planning to go down to town to enjoy the nighlife and will actually like the "remoteness" of the place. However how is the beach there???
