has anybody seen or stayed at this new boutique hotel in Bangkok?

The rooms indeed look quite nice and the location is quite central. It is at the end of Soi 13. What is this area like? How far does it take to walk from this hotel to the closest BTS stations?

I have stayed here before.. the location is quite good.. it is about 5-10 mins walk from BTS station.. the hotel is planning to get a tuk tuk to drop/pick up guest from the main sukhumvit road, but I am not certain when.. but otherwise it is not an awful walk to BTS station.. but rooms are amazing with friendly staff.. I will definately stay there again...

I have never stayed there but for its price, it looks very nice whenever I pass it!
