I come across this youth travel card when I research on my taiwan trip. it says 15-30 yrs old can apply, if i'm 30 yrs old (year 1978) this year, can i apply?

Which hotel I can use with this card? Can I used it if I book online?

Thanks!

even if the place of interest is not listed in the book, you may want to ask the ticketing person if you are eligible to purchase tickets at student price with your YTC.. we managed to get student prices the few times we tried! like at the National Palace Museum, Gold Ecological Park at Jinguashi and even at the Taipei Fine Arts Museum. really saved a lot!

I got a reply from one of the hotel that i asked for the room availability. In that email, I noticed this..

The YH Card will receive 45% off on Sun, Mon-Thurs; 40% off on Fri and Sat.

What do they mean by YH Card? Is this the Youth Travel Card?

Sorry, Above reply was for Easy Card.

For YTC, read about it here:

www.youthtravel.tw/youthtravel/indexMain.jsp

For age 15 ~ 30.

People can still try for this:
