Galerie Hotel is near Fengjia night market. Taichung HSR Station is in Wurih, outskirts of Taichung city. Taichung Railway Station is in downtown. Galerie Hotel is about equal distance from Taichung HSR Station and Taichung Railway Station.

Is it possible to travel from Taipei to Puli via HSR and from Puli to Chin Jing by bus? Total travel time is about 2 to 3 hours?

THSR train from Taipei does not go to Puli but to Taichung (in Wurih township) which takes 52~60 mins. The bus travelling time from Taichung HSR Station to Puli takes about 1 hr 15 mins and another bus from Puli to Cingjing farm takes about 1 hr.

The total travelling time from Taipei to Cingjing farm takes about 3 hrs, not including transfer / waiting time.

May I know if the Toyota Wish cars operates from Taichung to Puli as well other than Puli to Taichung? I am trying to find out if the Nantou buses allow big luggage on board or storage compartments. If not taxi will probably be the only option. Thank you.

"Toyota Wish" cabs (7-seater) serve the link between Taichung downtown and Puli. The driver usually gathers about 5-7 passengers before departing. Travel time: About 1 hr 10 mins.
