Re #11 - It's a good itinerary. My only concern with it would be that you're gaining height very rapidly - 3 days after leaving the valley you'll be at 4000+ metres, so beware of altitude symptoms.
How are you going to travel to Dunche ? If it's by private vehicle you could, with an early start, arrive at Thulo Bharku (on the road, beyond Dunche) with still sufficient time to trek to Thulo Syabru on day 0. You'd then be a day ahead of your itinerary, and could then split day 3 by ascending only as far as Laurebinayak, so that it would be
Day 1: Thulo Syabru to Sing Gompa
Day 2: Sing Gompa to Laurebinayak
Day 3: Laurebinayak to Gosainkund
It would be more difficult if you're going by bus, but it's probably 3 - 3.5 hours trek from Thulo Bharku to Thulo Syabru so it would depend on what time the bus could get you to Thulo Bharku
