Oh dear. Kenya got rid of you already then?

The nearest Beach, private or otherwise, to Kampala is about 1,000 miles east around Mombasa.

Most adults are safe in Kampala if they are sensible.

You need a Passport to get on the plane in Zurich.

Neither Hotel take unaccompanied minors.

I suggest you buy a guide book.

Hi,

Uganda is very safe, you don't need to worried about any thing. You cant find nice beaches in Uganda but you can relax at ssese island and if you need contacts let me know.

The cost of hiring a car and driver is between $50 and $60 per day for a small car. You can cheaper deals for accommodation if you book in advance.

I wish the best.

Malaika.

I think you got the wrong forum love.

But a very interesting response. I could not have put it better myself.

mfuwe - I actually should have said going to Uganda when she has specifically posted on the Kenyan forum that she will be at the Voyager in the near future and also TTBC in September and wondering how this is all being fitted in.

As you say buy a guide book but I think everyone in their right mind knows they have to apply for a passport. If she?he has not got a passport then she/he cannot get anywhere - we have sussed her out - I wonder what forum he/she will go to next!!!!!!!

Just hope the usual posters on these forums suss her/him out as well.

As your old mum said.............

Could just mean visa and not passport and generally be language constraints. Jon
