Matty its a personal thing. Some hotels have a communal box in reception where you can tip at the end of your stay, and some people prefer this as this gives behind the scenes staff a share. I prefer to tip as I go along, and usually tip the porters around MR150/200 on arrival and departure. Housekeeping staff we tip every other day, about MR100 if I remember rightly. Restaurant and bar staff when we get good service. Its up to you, whatever you feel comfortable with.

We have stayed at Legends, when they fisrt opened,

They do indeed have a communal tipping pool by reception, which is encouraged for you to use at the end of your stay, as they like to distripute tips amongst all staff,

How ever,we always tip the porter on arrival £5 approx and our personal butler/room cleaner seperatley accordingy at the end of our stay.(our personal choice)

If you are staying fully inc, There is no reason why you should not be happy at all about leaving a tip as a whole in the Box on departure,

we stayed a/i at legends and were told by actual staff not to tip day by day, we put ours in the communal box but also tipped our favourite and brilliant drinks waiter at the end of our stay. by the way the service is excellent
