Thankfully my company was paying for my stay on the executive floor. It is impossible to even get a glass of water without having to ask the staff, who are unaware that when you ask for something, that you actually want it. They do not even put plates out. You must sign for everything they give you to drink in the evening hours, and are only allowed 2 drinks, water included before you have to pay. Food or snacks are not offered willingly, and it seems they must be taking whatever they can save during the day,home to feed their own families. A terrible experience, that seemed to follow the general maliase of the whole hotel. The people seem genuinely friendly but have no concept of service, and are incapable of making simple decisions on their own without either being told or without you complaining adamantly and often.
