Language learning apps for Moroccan Arabic and French

For those people who want to learn a little Moroccan Arabic (Darija), I discovered another helpful pronunciation resource in addition to Youtube.

If you have a phone/tablet/chromebook that can install apps from Google Play, there is an app called "Learn Moroccan Dialect" which gives the audio for plenty of words and phrases as well as detailed pronunciation of special sounds we don't have in English. There is English transliteration from Arabic script and translation is available in English or French.

There is also a medical help app called Universal Doctor Speaker which translates from English to Moroccan Arabic or French and speaks the question out loud for you.

I honestly can't remember if these were free or paid for apps but I doubt they would have cost more than a couple of quid or I wouldn't have bought them!

I don't know what's available on the Apple store, I imagine there will probably be similar there.

As always, pronunciation and transliteration varies from source to source but it may help someone

Thank you LaLico - very useful information. The first app is only just over £1!
