I think you need professional local tour operators to reply your question and arrange you something really good. you can try Travelpickr it connects travelers to local tour operators, Post your question, and custom tour request, and you will get many suggestions, and quotes.

I think it would be great choice for you :) Hope my answer is helpful for you

January (and probably December) is an excellent time to 'twitch' as there's a lot of migratory birds in the Souss-Massa national park south of Agadir, for example, …blogspot.com/2012/03/birding-in-oued-souss-…

I was in November in the Souss-Massa park and there were many birds to watch plus it is very nice there also with the river and small villages.

This may like stating the obvious (and goodness knows I have been criticized in the past for providing obvious links) but here's one I found immediately on Google:

There were several others listed by typing "bird watching morocco". Wildlife tours are another matter - spring and autumn are more favourable times of the year for most species.

Can anyone tell me why when I put a post on with a link it is removed, but the experts put a link on and it stays?

I thought the whole point was a community discussion. If TA delete a post that answered the question and was helpful, what is the point of contributing? This no doubt will get deleted so I will probably never know.
