Getting from the airport to our hotel, Royal Decameron Issil

Can anyone tell me the best way to get from the airport to our hotel, Royal Decameron Issil. I have read about the Petit Taxis - any idea how much that would cost, or could we just take a bus?? Any information would be greatly appreciated. We will be there early April.
