Yes they provide afternoon tea. There is a small room in the middle of the garden serving tea and cakes, with seating outside. It's very pleasant.

I don't think I would have the swagger to pull it off. I would feel like I was masquerading as someone more worthy (and rich). lol.
Some years ago (I haven't been back) I spent more for a single G & T than for dinner later in the evening. They also have a policy of keeping the "scruffs" out, entirely at the whim of the doormen.
