Marrakesh Airport Taxi Question

What is the best way to get a taxi from Marrakesh Airport into town - is there an official taxi rank at the airport? I should be arriving in the late afternoon so it is not unusual hours.

Also, roughly how much should the taxi cost from the airport to El Ghoul?

The taxi rank is immediately outside the airport entrance door. The price should be 100 MAD.
