It does NOT have to be a riad, hotels can organise this for you, and there are loads of luxury tour companies on TA and some not listed here. Don,t forget that some riads and hotels claim 10-20% commision from your tours, hence they would love to help wink wink.

So do thorough research, you can certainly book yourself your own 5 star hotels and flights.
