My fiance and I are planning to elope to Marrakech and get married outside the city in Tamesloht on September 5th. We have been unable to find a photographer (even with emails to a local wedding planner) that isn't out of the country that day-
Any suggestions? It will just be the two of us, no guests.

I think Riad El Fenn have contact details of a good photographer. Maybe contact them.
Try Alan Keohane from Still Images. He's a long time Marrakech resident and is much better than some of the recent people who have set up shop in Marrakech.
