Sorry-I meant to say that I would like a hotel WITH a restaurant, bar, etc. I think being in or close to old town would be ideal.

Royal Mirage are good:

www.royalmiragehotels.com

They are the former Sheratons in Morocco. Only the Casablanca Sheraton still carries that name.
