It's not allowed if you don't have " Act du Marriage" which means that you are married, in Moroccan hotels this is the system to go if you are not maaried.

It's really not allowed by the law to accommodate a not-married couple which has a Moroccan or Arab part on it, the hotel reception would absolutely ask for a Marriage Attestation.
